1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account on phtay opened in accordance with these Terms.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's phtay Account, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive made available by phtay under the conditions of a specific promotion.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer game, slot, virtual sport, bingo, or other gaming product available through the phtay platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by phtay and applicable regulations before real-money play is permitted.
• "Platform" means the phtay website accessible at phtay.cam and all associated services, software, and content.
• "Wager" means any bet placed by a Player on a Game using real-money or bonus funds held in their Account.
• "Winnings" means any funds credited to a Player's Account as a result of a successful Wager.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the phtay registration process, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing a Wager, you confirm that you:

1. Have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them;
2. Are of legal age and eligible to use online gaming services under applicable law;
3. Are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
4. Understand and accept that gambling involves financial risk;
5. Are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

phtay reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use phtay, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR's minimum age requirements for online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or family member of an employee of phtay or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with phtay or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law or the laws of your country of residence.

phtay reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to restrict or terminate access where eligibility conditions are not met or cannot be confirmed.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on phtay. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for updating it promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs received by SMS. phtay will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws, phtay is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before permitting real-money play, processing withdrawals, or releasing bonus Winnings.

phtay may request the following documents at any time:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, PhilSys ID);
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account, bank statement);
• Source of funds documentation for transactions above regulatory thresholds.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal processing and, ultimately, Account closure. phtay will return verified deposits where closure is initiated solely due to failed KYC — subject to applicable deductions.

6 Deposits

phtay accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to the Player's Account balance instantly upon confirmed receipt. Bank transfer deposits are credited once the transfer is confirmed on phtay's end, which may take up to one business day depending on the sending institution.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name and verified through the KYC process. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds.

phtay does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. phtay accepts no responsibility for charges imposed by third-party payment providers.

7 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of real-money funds from their Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must have passed KYC verification;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the verified Account balance;
• Any bonus wagering requirements attached to funds must be fully completed before withdrawal;
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name.

phtay targets same-day processing for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. phtay is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's financial institution.

phtay reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

phtay offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that are published at the time the promotion is made available. General bonus terms are as follows:

• Bonuses are credited to the Player's Account upon satisfying the stated opt-in conditions;
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived Winnings can be withdrawn;
• Bonuses expire as indicated in the individual promotion terms — expired bonuses are forfeited automatically;
• phtay reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or substitute any bonus at any time;
• Only one promotional bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no cash value independent of wagering requirements.

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus conditions — including collusion, bonus churning, or multi-accounting — will result in the immediate forfeiture of the relevant bonus and associated Winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

9 Game Rules & Fairness

All Games available on phtay are provided by licensed third-party game developers and use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited for fairness. The published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each Game reflect the actual configurations in use on phtay.

The rules governing individual Games are determined by the game provider and are displayed within each Game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific Game, the Game rules will prevail in respect of gameplay, and these Terms will prevail in respect of Account and financial matters.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a Game round, phtay will investigate and resolve the matter in a fair and timely manner. Bets placed during a confirmed malfunction may be voided and stakes returned. phtay is not liable for losses arising from network interruptions on the Player's end.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phtay and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated betting software, bots, AI tools, or scripting to interact with any Game;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any Game;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or financial crime;
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location;
• Opening multiple Accounts or assisting others in doing so;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward phtay staff or other Players.

phtay employs real-time monitoring tools to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, phtay may void Winnings, withhold balances pending investigation, suspend or permanently close the Account, and report the matter to relevant regulatory authorities.

11 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the phtay Platform — including but not limited to its software, design, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and game content licensed from third-party providers — are owned by or licensed to phtay. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to the Player.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any other use — including copying, distributing, modifying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from any part of the Platform — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from phtay.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phtay, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage;
• Losses arising from temporary Platform unavailability, maintenance, or technical issues outside phtay's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on information provided on the Platform;
• Losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player failed to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits phtay's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

phtay may suspend or close a Player's Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or regulatory non-compliance;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero or dormant balance;
• At the Player's own written request.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, phtay reserves the right to void Winnings and retain the Account balance pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by phtay without fault by the Player, verified real-money deposits will be returned in full.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting phtay support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and verified real-money balances will be returned following final KYC confirmation.

14 Responsible Gaming

phtay is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all registered Players. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible at no charge from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits — restrict the maximum amount you can lose in a given period;
• Session Timers — receive notifications when you have been playing for a set amount of time;
• Cooling-Off Periods — temporarily restrict Account access for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion — permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from phtay; self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration selected.

All online gaming on phtay is strictly restricted to persons aged 21 years and above. phtay complies with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines and encourages Players to use the available tools to maintain a healthy relationship with gaming. 15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be submitted to phtay's internal disputes team for review and resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 calendar days of written notification, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or, where applicable, to arbitration under Philippine law.

Players who believe their dispute has not been resolved fairly may escalate to the relevant regulatory body in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint resolution procedures.

16 Amendments to These Terms

phtay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phtay will provide reasonable advance notice by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where practicable, by notifying registered Players via their registered mobile number or through an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
